By investing in new boats and limiting their use in the rental fleet to a maximum of two seasons, FLX Marine ensures that customers get the best experience possible.
Our pricing policy is transparent and straightforward, with no hidden fees. When booking online, customers pay the quoted price plus the required 8% NYS Sales tax. This contrasts with other operators who may include a hidden 6% booking fee in the taxes and fees, resulting in a total tax and fee equivalent to 14% of the price.

Reservation Information
- Pontoon Boat reservations may be confirmed with a non-refundable prepayment of 30% of the total rental amount.
- So to maximize our customers' opportunity to enjoy these boats, reservations can be made in advance according to the following:
- Rentals of a week or more may be made anytime during the calendar year of the rental, pending availability of the boat.
- Rentals of 2-6 days may be made up to 60 days in advance of the rental date, pending availability.
- Rentals of 1 day may be made up to 30 days in advance of the rental date, pending availability.
- Boat must be returned to Union Springs fuel dock prior to 4:30 pm or 8:00 pm on the last day of the rental period according to rental time in the contract.
- Additional charges apply for late return.
- Renters and boat drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 - $700 is due at the time of rental.
- Boats must remain on Cayuga Lake during the period of rental.
- All fuel consumed is the responsibility of Renter. The boat will be filled upon return, and the renter charged for fuel used.
